Extended Stay America Suites - Atlanta - Norcross - Peachtree Corners, Norcross

My stay at the hotel was quite disappointing. The rooms were a mess - first come, first serve system confused me. Switched rooms due to dog hair, roaches, mold, and constant false fire alarms. The service was subpar, offering cleaning supplies for me to clean myself. The location was okay but in a nondescript area. The dining experience was awful with tasteless food available for purchase. The facilities were lacking, to say the least.

When we arrived at 11 pm with the kids, the hotel had roaches and mold in the bathroom. The lack of linen was a disappointment, but the rooms were clean. The service, from the gentleman at the front desk helping me change my room at 1 a.m. to the cleaning crew leaving full-size Hershey bars, was fantastic. However, the location felt cramped and the morning chaos was not enjoyable. The dining experience was subpar with cold food and plastic-like taste.

The hotel had dog hair all over the sofa and smelled like dog. The heat didn't work in my room, so they changed it, but the next room had roaches, mold in the bathroom, and the fire alarm went off every night for no reason. However, the rooms were clean, with plenty of outlets, a full kitchen, two separate bedrooms, and a living room, though showing signs of wear and tear, especially in the bathroom.
